I Love My Mum Because....................................

She takes me to school. She makes my yummy lunch. She plaits my hair. Mum helps me to learn my words and read my books. My mum dresses me in my school uniform. Mum drives me to school. She buys me food, new clothes and new shoes. My mum loves me and always hugs me.

Care For God's Creation

We are learning to understand that God wants us to care for his creation.

God made the world for us to enjoy. But some people throw their rubbish at the beach. They spoilt God's creation. If I go to the beach for a picnic I will take all my rubbish home.

The Rainforest

I am learning to write a creative story and how I feel about the situation.

I will know I can do this when I can write an orientation, where the story happened, a problem and a solution.

                   The Rainforest
The people went to the rainforest to look at the colourful birds.They looked at the trees. They saw lots of small animals and big animals. Oh! It's a bear! Run!  Run! Run! they said.
They ran and hid in a cave.

Religious Education: Charism

Learning Intention: I am learning how to keep our Charism ( spirit) alive at St Patrick's School.

Recount: My Weekend

                      

On the weekend my nana made a chocolate cake. Everyone had a piece of cake to eat. It was yummy. I liked the chocolate cakes.

Meditation

In Room 2 I am learning how to do meditation. I can do meditation when I sit and stay still, close my eyes, breathe gently and place my hands on my lap.
In meditation I listen to God.
